NBC, Fox say they’re fine with ‘X Factor’ going head-to-head with ‘The Voice’ this fall
Fox Entertainment hairman Peter Rice said Monday he is “thrilled” that the shows will go head to head, “because everybody will be talking about it.”
But it’s still a competition. Greenblatt, commenting on “The Voice” moving to two cycles a year, suggested “American Idol” and “X Factor” are basically the same show.
